“You can’t help but be as excited as him in the process. His brilliant eye for capturing beautiful moments in life that otherwise might be looked over is second to none.”

— Kate MCGILL

EMbody

SHE WAS CONSTANTLY FIGHTING. THE BAD NEWS WAS RELENTLESS, BUT HER SPIRIT WAS FULL OF LIFE. SHE EMBODIED LIGHT WHILE HER BODY WAS IN DARKNESS. THERE WAS A HORRIFIC TENSION OF TRYING TO STAY ALIVE IN THE MIDST OF ALONENESS. SHE BELIEVED HER LIFE WOULD RETURN.

Her tender warmth and candid glow was always perfect. She knew what made life worth living - loving us all relentlessly well. It was difficult to see Laura experiencing such pain. When I think of her, I feel this. A magic in the air; an infinite light that lives on. I'll never forget our last goodbye and every perfect moment we spent together. The best sister, friend and divine inspiration I could've ever asked for. You embodied Christ for me.

Molly (@mollyshmurphy), Sophie (@sophieeveslusarenko) and I has so much fun creating this piece to Ellie Holcomb's song Constellations. We spent the weekend in Bath shooting this and it was so healing. I shared memories of Laura with them on our car rides and they both embodied such an openness and kindness towards hearing her story - I can't imagine having worked with anyone else on this.
