Hearing about Kelly's accident was beautiful and painful. Her retelling was vivid and as if each moment had just happened. It's interesting how life's events can stay with us, and how we’re able to choose to move through something or not. The more beautiful trails of life seem more about what we’re able to embrace and move through rather than what we’re able to achieve. Seeing Kelly in the gym was constantly smile-educing, and with each turn and flip, I loved seeing her live without compromise.
I’ll never forget my time with Martin and his many stories left me determined that I was not going to miss out on living now. He’s a model Dad and Husband, and you could see that everyone around him gleans from his positivity and enthusiasm for living. Martin lives a ‘yes’ life and fully leans into experiencing each day as if it’s everything.
